This madness. Weighed in at 182.6 this morning. A 1 pound difference from yesterday. I think my scale is lying to me.
I’ve been so bad today. My coworker brought in banana coconut cake (it was for reals yummy) and I’ve had 3 small pieces that were likely 3 in x 3 in cuts but I’m sure they are just equivalent to one large piece of cake. On top of that my main boss had some fun sized (small) Snickers Peanut Butter Squares and I had 2!
I swear they are trying to throw me off on my success, lol. Just got to have better self control. At least I’m acknowledging it on my tumblr. I don’t want to lie to myself and I don’t want to lie to you guys, my followers. Weight loss, exercise, and healthy eating aren’t simple. You struggle a lot. I’m a great example of that. This has been my first bad food day in over a week and a half and I should feel proud of that. Processed foods aren’t my friend despite the fact that I find them tasty. What are your friends are foods that don’t upset your stomach and that don’t make you feel like crap: plant based foods.
Weighed in at 183.6 lbs today! Finally back where I was a few months ago and now onward! I would like to be in the 160s by the end of August.
I don’t feel “fat” today. My diet has made my body feel neutral and calm. It’s truly amazing how a plant based diet changes how your body reacts to food.
